1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by ProntoHands Bountiful Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Services Provided
ProntoHands Bountiful Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services, including emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance such as tire changes, jump starts, and lockout service. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of your call. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of your vehicle, distance traveled, time required, and any additional services needed. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card company.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and the services you need. You must be present or have authorized someone to be present when we arrive to provide services. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before it is towed. ProntoHands Bountiful Towing is not responsible for any items left in your vehicle during transport.
5. Liability and Insurance
ProntoHands Bountiful Towing carries liability insurance to cover damage that may occur during the towing process. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, damage caused by factors outside our control, or damage resulting from the condition of your vehicle. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle during transport, but we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, you must notify us immediately and provide documentation.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If a tow truck has already been dispatched to your location, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss the issue before requesting a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProntoHands Bountiful Towing and its employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
